Hey guys. I just joined.. thanks to jim, he hooked me up with the url. Ive got a 89 iroc im building. Plans for the beast so far are: 350 bored 30 over, clearanced for 3.750 stroke Scat Crank, Rods, Speed Pro Dished pistons, Cr should be 9.6:1 Edelbrock E-Tec heads- 64cc chamber 200 cc runners Gm Lt4 hot cam kit with self aligning 1.6 roller rockers. 525/.525 lift Weiand Stealth Intake with holley twin 58 throttle body Im hoping to break 450HP on all motor and im planning a procharger f1 supercharger with a water injection kit in the future. Trans will be a Muncie Gearbox with a set of nascar gears and syncros. Rearend is out of a 97 posi z28. 8 pt cage is in my closet waiting for me to weld it together. Plans in the future for tubular k-member and coilover suspension. Changing out the old rims for a set of 2004 OE Z06 rims wrapped in Riken Raptors(they're a spin off of michelin, good and cheap).
Ok ive ran out of things for my car so heres some about me. Im 21, i work at the new lowes at the Rim. I used to work at a transmission shop, so when it comes to cars... especially chevys, i know my way around em. Ive always been into cars, and i love nascar and drag racing... one of the reasons im building my iroc is to pound the strip on the weekends. Im always up to helping out when im free, you need something, just let me know. Ok, now that im done babbling i look forward to being a part of this organization. Like i said, im crazy about cars.

The guy we usually take our engines to is Mr Jesse Cantu over at Apex Engines on Nogalitos. Going down Highway 90 heading east and exit Nogalitos, head north and its on the corner.
Phone# (210) 226-3164 Address: 1703 Nogalitos
They mainly do engine rebuilds but if they arent too too busy they will do engine work. He has done both our Camaro engines, grand marquis, and just redid the truck engine.
He might have some heads there at the shop and will tell you who to take it to get machine work.

Krystal, I left you a voicemail early yesterday about that roller, he told me $400(he may go down a little), never been wrecked. Has a little bit of rust on the rear quarter panel but it may just be surface rust, we can take a look at it if you want. Let me know. Who and where are you going to be doing this swap? If you need help, we're all here for ya.
