I just got my 700R4 built by John from SAFBODY, he specializes in the TH-700R4 and 4L60 transmissions. He did all sorts of performance parts upgrades and tricks to it.
The only thing is you would have to pull it and take it to him. If you want his contact info, PM me and i will give it to you.
I used to go to L&M transmissions off of Division and I-35 on the Southside. He has good prices, under $500 to rebuild and reinstall but you cannot beat on them. I have had him rebuild that transmission at least 8 times, sometimes with different cores. If you need just transportation he does a good stock job.
I have burnt clutches, sun gears, sun drives, broken overdrive and reverse, lost 2nd gear, lost 3rd and 4th gear, lost 4th gear... one time he took it apart and one side of the clutches was almost new and the other side was completely gone to the metal.
Good luck, post up if you need anymore help.
Brian

After i post i read the rest of the posts and saw that you told someelse about J&M or is it L&M when i talked to the shop guy i couldnt tell. Anyway they picked up my car already and i do just need a simple rebuild for now. I never beat on the trans that was on my car and it lasted over 200k before giving out while i was on the highway.

Thats good to hear. His name is Martin Lozano and its J&M transmissions. He has done the transmissions on our past cars too, the Thunderbird, Grand Marquis and I forget how many other ones.
He does a pretty good job on the shift kits and tranny coolers as well.
