I'm getting ready to try to reupholster my headliner. It looks simple enough. I think I have the steps down, but I'm wondering if anyone else has already done this in their 3rd gen, and if so, what were some of the particular things I should be aware of that could trash my whole attempt? Or, is it just that easy that you really can't screw this up?

Thats pretty cool that you are going to do it yourself, everyone that has done it says its not very much fun. I havent done it myself so i couldnt tell you for sure.
The cardboard has to be in good shape for you to redo the headliner.
Theres a place on S Presa by downtown that redoes the headliner for about $65, my dad just had it done on his Camaro.
I was at the flea market and there was a place there that did it for $59 and up if you take it to them. Just an option if you decide that its not fun.

Its not that bad just take your time, let the glue get tacky, and make sure you clean it well. DOnt leave any of the old stuff there. Otherwise it will sag pretty quick.
