Wednesday I notice my car smelled like coolant, it was also running a bit hot, so when I pulled over I looked under the hood and noticed I wasn't just leaking....but squirting coolant from the coolant connector that goes to the lower manifold. When I tried removing it to change it out....it broke in the manifold. This is what I was left with... So, I had to kinda cut what was left in there, and then rethread the hole, after half a day trying to find the 1/2" tap I needed, I finally got it rethreaded. Next was replacing the hose that goes to the throttle body that ripped what I was trying to remove the throttle body...the clamp is the one that you have to pinch for it to open up, the tabs broke. Finally got that removed and put new coolant hose on there...but now it kinks when I connect them...pretty sure they make a pre-bent hose to fit it, if not, i'll pay a visit to the junk yard...or do a throttle body by-pass. I'm stuck at the kink for now.
