Does anyone do charity work? Has it ever been done by the senior SA3GO members as a group?

We do it as a military function but I've never done it outside of work. Would be nice to get something started though.

as long as there would be a big BBQ afterwards i would do it!! no charity work yet.. is adopt a highway program considered a charity work, thingy?

I've done it with other groups, not as an auto group. It wouldn't hurt though. As for the bbq, I like it. Adopt a highway I think is charity work, but will double check. I don't prefer it but I'm game. I just don't want to be around cars zipping by at 60mph.

Yes it is charity work. I wouldn't be concerned with cars going 60mph. I'd be more concerned with the ones going 90 and above! There is always habitat for humanity? My squadron partakes in this too. If you all have any other ideas please post!
