I have two sets that I have already started on with the aircraft aluminum stripper but it gets so hot outside in so very little time. I wish my garage had AC. Here are two so far of the 16x8's that I have. I'm thinking they are too far gone to do anything with except paint them. What do you all think?

Now you can start to see the difference. I only spent an hour on the left rim and it already looks 10x better. After I clean them up then I will tape them off and repaint the inset areas black. Then polish the rest.

Big difference. Good job. Can't wait to get started on mine. If you ever run across some centers cheap, let me know. I could use a couple.

Surprisingly I have all four centers. I know they are hard to find. If I ever see any at the pick n pull I'll be sure to put em in my pocket.

looks awesome sir! Are you going to paint the grooves or the whole rim and leave a machined lip look?

I'm only going to paint the inset or grooved parts of the rim back to black and shine up everything else real nice. I'm trying to go for the somewhat stock look again with a possible blue and gray paint job.
