Did you get it from the red gta on craigslist from the south side? Also Matt did you get that distributor cover?

Yeah I got it off that GTA. As far as I saw it still had the full tan interior. The seats didn't look in too good a condition. No digital dash! I was hoping though. The motor, tranny and wheels are sold off of it.

I cannot get the horn to work now after the swap....do the actual wires the control the buttons need power as well for the horn to work?? mattberry would you be able to take the wheel center off and take a pic of the wiring? Thanks everyone!

My horn works but the buttons didnt work. When the El Paso Police had it as their D.A.R.E. car, they really messed with alot of stuff. But I'll get you a picture as soon as I can.

Here is a pic of the old interior. Notice the original 85 gauges, steering wheel and gray interior. Here is how it looks now with black interior, updated gauges and GTA wheel. 2fast4love the original wheel was in bad shape. AS you can see the material around the outside is all warped an when hot out it would be all sticky from whatever glue they used I'm guessing.

that wheel sure makes a difference! i didnt know a firebird that old had a steering wheel with that many buttons! sweet pull man!
