I haven't touched my car for at least 2 months or so with the exception of starting it every week. Just curious as to what you all have been up to?

Finally got my overheating issue under control. I had replaced everything related to cooling and it was still running hot until I decided to make a custom air dam. That did the trick. Now I have to fix my headlights. Motors are good, must be a relay problem.

Those firebirds seem to be real sensitive to not having an airdam because the front end is so enclosed.
The gears are ok in the headlights?

Yeah, the air dam is super important on the birds. I even took it a step further and cut 4 rectangular holes in the bumper and channeled the air flow directly to the radiator using rain gutter down spout (plastic).
I think my gears are fine (even though stripped gears are common). Headlights go down fine, just won't come up. Also complete silence when I turn on headlights. Pretty sure it's a relay problem. Found some good wiring info and relay tests on TGO.

I installed new brake hoses in the front of my IROC, they were cut in several places and I could see the lines starting to unravel. It really takes a long time to do them if you dont know what you are doing.
Once I figured it out though, the other side was a snap and the car definitely brakes better now.
