Bump. Brian I think the chip is going to be perfect data loged all the way home sunday night INT average was 128.5406, BLM average was 124.9952. Found out DRP occured means Disturbutor referance pulse (sp) was reading up on tcc lock up and found that having the gears I need to tweak the tcc settings.

Ok thanks for the info...
Sounds like a good tune, let me know where you want to put the TCC lockup and unlockup speeds at.

I think i figured out why my speedo and VSS are not working.
I pulled the gauge cluster right now and the speedometer spins freely and the needle jumps up and rotates. It must be disconnected at the cable by the transmission.
Is there away to test the VSS with a multimeter?

I don't think so I have a known good one at home if you end up needing one. btw my readings were off a little .2xxx on both because I did the math wrong.

I drove my yellow Z the past couple of days and I noticed that its floating the valves. I checked the base timing and its spot on at 13 degrees. I dropped 1.5 degrees of timing out of the entire table and it runs nicely.
There is a 9.2 degree timing addition during the acceleration mode at 3200 RPM which was probably causing the valve float, but I reduced it to 2 degrees.
- ARAP long crank fix applied (learned this from Thomas's car)

Send me those files if you get a chance Thomas, I would really like to look at those MAF values (both the raw data and sensor data).
My BLM's were rich at low RPM's, and I calculated a 7% enleanment by modifying the lower MAF tables. My INT is hitting 128 consistently now and my BLM's are relatively close to 128.
I also enabled the highway mode and the IROC is more sensible on the highway, I did see the gas stretch some more.
Lowering the idle speed did seem to help, and I just noticed that my TPS at idle is showing .33V which is out of spec and probably making it idle funny. That was just before the power cable to the ALDL cable broke...

Thomas, can you send me the BIN you are using on your black car (they are all black) so I can look over the acceleration and spark tables?
I tweaked mine today ( on the yellow Z) and the engine is so much more responsive and smooooth. I also adjusted the acceleration % versus RPM and noticed a much nicer pickup from a stop.

I have to see if its on the laptop it not I will pull the chip and read it. Friday night it ran a 14.40 with the drag radials on it.

14.40 is not bad at all, maybe we can get it to accelerate a little better with some chip tuning...

It could have been better but it was wheel hopping bad off the line. I need to gen the lca's swaped and a posi.

I finally tracked down the gremlin that was causing a high/erratic idle on my yellow Camaro.
When I swapped the TPS harness, I stripped the wires and used crimp style butt connectors. Either the connectors are cheap or the wiring just decided to pull out of the connectors causing an intermittent signal.
I kept getting a low TPS error code but then it would disappear.
I cut the wires again and soldered the connections and the signal seems to be clean and it idles reasonably well now. I am really starting to like soldering with my 15 watt iron.

Thomas, do you have a current datalog that you can send me? I would like to see what effect the 02 constant threshold did to the overall running of the engine. I was looking over pancho's tune and I noticed a couple things that made me start to think and his data log looks more like yours because of the cam. I have a theory going and would like to confirm it with your log. BTW, the high idle is still there (yellow car), some days it idles perfectly normal and some days it just sits there idling all crazy. I noticed my CTS readings were high and my fans come on waaaaaay early. I am going to double check the Coolant temp sensor and try to tear down the throttle body and clean the IAC. I just found a thread that I think you should read, I read it all the way through and I need to go back and dissect it because theres a lot of good information in it. www.thirdgen.org/techboard/diy-prom/439182-some-6e-fueling-questions.html

I also want to add that the EGR control on the ARAP (corvette aluminum heads) is very different from the iron headed blocks so you might want to copy the EGR tables over from an iron headed bin. I made some tweaks today and mostly the EGR Duty Cycle vs. LV8 vs. RPM and the off idle acceleration is much much better and smoother. The one I used was the ANYJ and you can download it here: www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28/
